Welcome to the NEA Hispanic Caucus Website. As you may
know, a majority of the members of the Hispanic Caucus come from all over the United States, so our website is a major tool
of communication between us all.
We hope that you will take the time to look around a learn more of who we are and
what we do. The Caucus membership is made up of educators across the nation who are interested in advancing educational opportunities
for educators, students and communities in the nation.
Hispanics continue to have the largest dropout rate in America
and continue to struggle in our educational system. As educators, our work to improve the educational setting for our youth
is more prevalent today. The Caucus works with the National Education Association to advocate for educational change.
This
site represents our caucus's issues or ideas to the all. Again, welcome, bienvenidos, to our website, may it be a source of
